3.7.2 Optional features. When specified (see 6.2.1), the following
optional features shall be furnished and shall meet the applicable re-
..
quirements specified herein.
a.
Air cooled MG set - air cooled units with or without air filters.
b.
Electrical starters - other types of starters required to satisfy
local power supply conditions.
c.
Control stations with:
(1) MG start-stop push buttons and indicating lights installed
in control station.
(2) Automatic voltage regulator to maintain generator output
voltage within plus or minus one and a half per cent.
(3) Generator field ammeter.
d.
Combination control and heating station - one enclosure embodying
all the components and functions of both stations and their
optional features.
